These SMS Terms govern your enrollment in and use of any text messaging programs offered by Prime Reserve Fund LLC. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.
Prime Reserve Fund may send recurring informational and subscription-related text messages — including macro regime alerts, risk framework updates, new dispatch notifications, and other publishing-related communications — to mobile numbers that have provided express written consent. Our SMS program delivers brief, time-sensitive signals when our analytical framework identifies a material market development between monthly dispatches.
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you provide your prior express written consent, as defined under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and its implementing regulations at 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200, to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Prime Reserve Fund LLC, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or similar technology. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services and is not required to subscribe to our free newsletter. Your electronic agreement (the check-box) constitutes a "signature" under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state electronic-signature laws. Message frequency varies based on macro developments. Typical subscribers receive between 2 and 4 messages per month. Only when it matters. Never noise.
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Prime Reserve Fund does not charge for messages, but your wireless carrier may.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To resume, reply START.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared, sold, leased, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstance. The only third parties who may process your mobile number on our behalf are the SMS gateway providers, aggregators, and carriers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have authorized, and they are contractually prohibited from using your number for any purpose other than message delivery. Your SMS consent record, opt-in source, and opt-out status are retained for as long as required by applicable law (typically a minimum of four years) for compliance, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes. We will never use your mobile number for any campaign, communication, or purpose to which you have not specifically consented.
We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by text or email. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance.
