Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other states, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
Prime Reserve Fund does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable law. We do, however, use certain analytics technologies on our website that may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA.
You may opt out of any such sharing by:

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We require written verification of your authorization and may need to verify your identity directly.
We will verify your request using reasonable methods before responding. We aim to respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension available if needed. There is no charge for exercising your CCPA rights.
