Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other states, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

1. Our Position

Prime Reserve Fund does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable law. We do, however, use certain analytics technologies on our website that may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA.

You may opt out of any such sharing by:

California residents also have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; access copies of their personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of personal information; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
